In a world marked by constant change, steadfastness in our commitments has become a rare and precious quality. As commitments shift and evolve, it's essential to explore how our relationship with Christ serves as an unwavering anchor. In this blog post, we delve into the significance of holding firm in both life's commitments and our commitment to faith, finding strength and resilience in the embrace of Christ.

Anchored in Christ:

In the midst of life's whirlwind, our commitment to Christ becomes the unchanging anchor that grounds us. Through prayer, reflection, and seeking God's guidance, we discover the stability needed to navigate shifting commitments with grace.

Stability in a Changing World:

In a world where commitments may falter, our commitment to Christ remains constant. The principles and values drawn from our faith provide a stable foundation, allowing us to stand strong in the face of life's uncertainties.

Faith as a Guiding Light:

Our relationship with Christ is not just a commitment; it's a source of guidance. As we encounter new challenges and shifting priorities, turning to our faith illuminates the path forward. Christ's teachings offer timeless wisdom for navigating the complexities of life.

Resilience Through Prayer:

Prayer becomes a powerful tool in maintaining steadfastness. In times of uncertainty, prayer fosters a connection with God that fortifies our resolve. Through communion with Christ, we find the strength to honor our commitments and face life's changes with courage.

Community Support:

Commitments are often easier to uphold within a supportive community. Engaging with fellow believers provides encouragement and accountability. Together, as a community anchored in Christ, we can weather the storms of shifting commitments and emerge stronger.

In a world where commitments ebb and flow, our commitment to Christ remains an unchanging force. Embracing the stability of faith allows us to hold steadfast in our life's commitments. Through prayer, guidance, and the support of a faith community, we find resilience and strength. As we navigate the evolving landscape of our commitments, may our relationship with Christ be the steady anchor that empowers us to stand firm in both faith and life.

About Me

_F2A9653_edited.jpg

I’m Lori Balderas, I created this podcast for those who are converting, reverting or simply want a FRESH perspective of the Catholic faith to help them to open their hearts and minds to become closer to the love and goodness of Christ.

I converted to Catholicism at the age of 49.  It was, by far, the best decision I’ve ever made! I don’t claim to be an expert or Theologian, but what I DO know is that my heart is bursting with love for the Lord and I want others to feel the same way!

I feel impassioned and drawn to Evangelize people by sharing my experiences and transformation that have gotten me where I am today.

I will be sharing my personal conversion story and speaking with others about theirs.
