Go Get Forgiven!

It's a fact. We all mess up. We all stumble, trip and fall. We are human. Boy...are we human!

But it's more about what happens when you have these "bumps in the road" or failures. What happens when you make a mistake, large or small? Do you pretend it didn't happen? Do you blame others? Do you keep making the same mistake over and over...or worse...do you make even bigger and bigger mistakes?

OR

do you realize you made a mistake and want to correct it? Or make it better by acknowledging it? Or apologize to who you wronged? Do you keep it all to yourself...or go "get it off your chest" and more importantly your soul?!

There's nothing better than going to Confession to purge your sins! When you go with a contrite heart and truly feel sorry for whatever brought you there...you WILL be forgiven! Even if the humans you hurt don't forgive you...God WILL! It's such a relief to go! I always go into Confession feeling so awful and ashamed, but then I come out feeling so relieved and clean!

If you haven't been in awhile...or even if you have...get to Confession regularly! Jesus is waiting with open arms to forgive you!
